Where does Lowen & Lane ship?

Our current active collection is set up for eligible United States addresses. Delivery availability can vary by product and destination, and checkout will confirm whether an item can be delivered to your address.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times generally range from approximately 1 to 15 business days depending on the item, destination, and carrier. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

How much is shipping?

Many current products ship at no additional charge. Some items may have a shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

What is your return policy?

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition. Email hello@lowenandlane.com before sending anything back.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work to provide the appropriate resolution.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at hello@lowenandlane.com. We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
